Tennessee's Crowd Breaks the Record for Loudest College Football Stadium

Tennessee's crowd has set a new standard for volume. Volunteers fans shattered the record for the loudest crowd in a college football stadium, and audio of the record-breaking moment has been shared for fans who want to hear it for themselves.

The mark adds another piece of evidence for Tennessee's home-field reputation. Few environments in the sport make life harder on a visiting offense, and an all-time noise record gives that reputation a number to hang on it.
